I see more and more groups are coming who want to work for free and get paid by get the benefits later by getting free things

We think that the world is going this way. Not now direct, but we must make our steps in it. Many groups are trying do do this on there own way. We must find our own way too. Here in Gambia, there is a group of people who do free Surgical Healthcare. We try to do it too with a combination of volunteers, partime and find work for everybody who want to work.

Why do you want to work part time or do volunteers work??

There are three reasons, reason 1: You get work experiences, reason 2: You come to know more people in your job area, who can maybe help you further and reason 3: You give something back to the communities.
